• There is no age requirement

• No bullying, harassment, discrimination, or toxicity.

• Roleplay should be realistic. Do not do things that wouldn’t happen in real life (e.g., driving off Mt. Chiliad and walking away unharmed).

• Do not kill others without valid character reasoning and proper initiation.

• Do not use a vehicle as a weapon without appropriate RP context.

• Do not use information outside the game (e.g., Discord, streams) to influence in-game decisions.

• Forcing actions onto others without giving them a chance to respond (e.g., "I tied you up, you can't move") is not allowed.

• Do not intentionally provoke police or create RP just to get attention or disrupt flow.

• If you are killed and respawn, you must forget the events leading up to your death this includes names, Anything that happened while unconscious or Locations of offenders.

• Initiating hostile actions, such as provoking fights or causing intentional disturbances in designated greenzones (safe areas), is forbidden. These zones are meant for players to interact without fear of violence.

• Fear for your character’s life. Do not act unrealistically when held at gunpoint or in life-threatening situations.

• Your character should have logical, believable motivations. Avoid creating unrealistic or one-dimensional personas.

• Carrying weapons in public spaces should be done realistically. Walking through cities or populated areas with weapons openly displayed is not acceptable, unless it makes sense within an ongoing RP situation.

• Must be planned and have depth, not just quick cash grabs.

• Robbing a person should have at least 90 seconds of backstory RP.

• Hostage RPs must involve actual negotiation, not instant demands.

• You aren’t allowed to rob PD unless it’s for body cameras

• You may not rob, kidnap, or kill EMS under any circumstances

• Robber's are limited to 8 people max, PD must follow a 1:2 ratio at all scene's, unless there is a officer down.

• Repeatedly targeting the same person or group for robberies is strictly prohibited. This rule prevents excessive harassment and encourages diverse roleplay scenarios.

• If priority cooldown is active, no major crimes (robberies, pursuits, etc.) may occur.

• No chain robbing stores or back to back in high speed pursuits.

• Criminal activity must involve proper planning and interaction.

• Officially recognized gangs, crews, mafias, cartels, and clubs do not have a restriction on the number of members they can have. Once approved gangs gain access to expanded roleplay opportunities, large-scale criminal operations, and deeper RP interactions.

• Structured Roleplay Expectations – Registered gangs are expected to operate realistically, following hierarchy, motivations, and immersive storytelling, rather than engaging in rule-breaking violence.

• Unregistered Gangs: Groups that have not applied for official gang status are limited to four members when engaging in hostile roleplay. This rule ensures balance and prevents large, unregulated groups from overwhelming interactions.

Hostile RP Restrictions: Unregistered gangs can still engage in conflicts, but their actions must remain within reasonable limits to prevent excessive disruption to the roleplay environment.

• Respect LEOs and EMS during RP. Do not troll or bait them.

• Do not combat log (log off during active scenes to avoid RP).

• Interactions with Law Enforcement – Engaging in combat with police officers should be a last resort. Players must only use deadly force when there is no other option, such as when their character's life is directly threatened.

• Police Situations – Players must not interfere with active law enforcement scenes unless they are directly involved. Interrupting investigations, pursuits, or arrests without a proper roleplay reason is disruptive and will not be tolerated.

• Justified Violence Against Police – Gang members must not engage in police shootouts unless absolutely necessary. Situations that warrant violence must have a strong roleplay justification, such as gang related conflicts escalating beyond verbal or physical restraint.

• Use push to talk. No yelling, background noise, or voice changers that prevent clear communication.

• Use: Only use /ooc when absolutely necessary. Do not abuse it to argue, complain, or break character.

• If you disagree with an RP situation, complete it, then file a report. Do not break character mid-scene.

• Do not remain AFK in high-traffic areas or block scenes.

• Only use approved uniforms and vehicles for your department/job.

• Staff decisions are final in the game. If you believe a punishment is unfair, submit a ticket or appeal after the RP ends.

• Temporary Bans

• Permanent Bans (for repeated or severe offenses)

• If you feel a staff member acted inappropriately, open a staff report ticket in our Discord.

• Must participate in RP jobs/events and not simply cause chaos.

• Civilian RP must have depth and interaction; mindless crime RP is discouraged.

• Must follow department SOPs and Chain of Command.

• Should maintain realistic procedures (e.g., traffic stops, arrests).

• Legal businesses must operate realistically.

• Lawyer/judge RP must be fair and based on RP evidence, not personal opinions.

• If you think something might break a rule, don’t do it.

• Let everyone enjoy their story. Think about the RP experience, not just your entertainment.

• Veteran players are encouraged to assist and guide new arrivals.

• Suggestions are welcome via ticket or Discord feedback channels.

The use of offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language including slurs such as the C-slur, F-slur, R-slur, N-word, and any other derogatory terms is strictly prohibited.

Violating this rule will result in an immediate and permanent ban, with no exceptions.

• Use /report in-game for immediate issues or open a ticket on Discord.

• Screenshots or clips greatly help staff handle issues fairly.

• If you are banned for more than 24 hours, you may submit an appeal via ticket. Do not harass staff about it.

• All Server Rules Apply at All Times, whether staff are present or not.

• Breaking the spirit of the rules (loopholes or borderline behavior) will still result in punishment.

• Staff reserve the right to intervene in any situation deemed harmful to server integrity.
